

Selah Tay-Song holds an MFA in Fiction from Northern Michigan University, and an Editing Certificate from the University of Washington. She has served as Associate Fiction Editor and Managing Editor for Passages North, a literary journal. She loves teaching writing and supporting peers in the writing process. She is a founding member of the Waxing Crescent Writer’s Salon.
Selah enjoys reading and writing stories with troubled characters and surreal or just plain weird elements. Her fiction and non-fiction appears in Noisy Water Review, Heterophylla, The Mirstone Anthology, and several issues of the Whatcom Reads Anthology. She is the author of the award-winning Dreams of QaiMaj series. When she’s not writing, teaching, or editing, Selah is either swimming in the frigid waters of Lake Superior, or shoveling snow.
